Step 1: Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards Step 2: Tap "Add New Keyboard" Step 3: Select Noetic from the list Step 4: Go back to Keyboards → tap Noetic → enable "Allow Full Access"
After this, you can switch to Noetic by tapping the globe icon on your keyboard.
Full Access is an iOS requirement for any keyboard that needs internet access. Noetic needs it to send text to our AI for processing. Without it, the AI features cannot work. Full Access does NOT mean we can read everything you type — we only process text when you tap a button.
Each AI action (grammar fix, tone rewrite, etc.) uses one credit. Free users receive a daily allowance that resets at midnight. You can earn additional credits by watching a short rewarded video ad inside the app. Pro and Premium subscribers receive higher daily limits or unlimited credits.
Go to Settings in the Noetic app → tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your subscription and Pro or Premium status should be restored immediately.
First, check Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards to confirm Noetic is added. If added but not appearing, try restarting your iPhone. If Full Access is not enabled, the keyboard will load but AI features won't work. Still stuck? Email us at noeticaikeyboard@gmail.com.
Yes. Noetic only processes text when you explicitly tap an action button. We never log what you type, store your messages, or access passwords. All AI processing happens over encrypted HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Each account supports up to 2 devices. If you want to use a new device, sign out on one of your existing devices first. This limit helps us prevent credit abuse.
Open the Noetic app → tap "Customize" → select Tones. You can add, remove, or reorder the tones that appear in your keyboard palette. Your customizations sync across your devices.
Inside the Noetic app, go to the Activity tab → tap "Earn Credits" → watch a short video ad to receive bonus credits. You can earn credits this way once per day.
