By downloading, installing, or using Noetic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use Noetic. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Noetic after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Noetic is an iOS custom keyboard extension that provides AI-powered writing assistance tools, including grammar correction, tone rewriting, text summarization, and translation. Some features require an active internet connection. We make no guarantee that Noetic will be available continuously or without interruption.
Noetic offers optional Premium subscription plans available through in-app purchase. Subscriptions are charged through Apple's in-app purchase system and will auto-renew unless cancelled. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
For billing disputes or refund requests, you must contact Apple directly. We cannot issue refunds — Apple's refund policy governs all transactions. If you have billing issues, go to support.apple.com.
Free users receive a daily credit allowance for using Noetic's AI features. This allowance is subject to change without notice. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or adjust credit amounts based on system usage and resource availability.
Rewarded video ads are entirely optional. Watching ads is never required to use Noetic or earn credits. Credits earned through ads are subject to server-side verification to prevent fraud or exploitation. If we detect suspicious activity (e.g., automated ad-watching), we may revoke those credits.
You agree not to use Noetic for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes. Our strict constraints are listed below:

All content, designs, logos, and code in Noetic are the exclusive property of Noetic or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of Noetic without our written permission. The Noetic name, logo, and app interface are protected trademarks.
Noetic is a writing assistance tool powered by AI. AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended biases. Noetic is not a substitute for professional editing, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all text before use, especially for high-stakes communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noetic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Noetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of India.
